Oudenaarde captivated by the Tour (2 April 2017)
For the sixth year in a row, Oudenaarde is the proud host city of the finish of ‘Flanders' Finest’, the Tour of Flanders. Winners Tom Boonen in 2012, Fabian Cancellara in 2013 and 2014, Alexander Kristoff in 2015 and Peter Sagan in 2016 all sent the town and the surrounding area into raptures. We are already looking forward to seeing who will write his name on the trophy on the Tour's 101st edition.
Download here the brochure with all the info you need.

Free shuttle bus and parking
Take the free shuttle bus that departs between 11.30am and 2.00pm from the industrial area De Bruwaan (reachable via the N60, by the roundabout at Samsonite Oudenaarde). You can park for free in the big public car park (follow the signs). Get off at Stop A8 (see map); from there follow the signs to the public zone (approx. 500 m) or to the young people's zone (approx. 100m). The buses go back to De Bruwaan between 5.00pm and 7.30pm. Of course you can also use the other public car parks in the centre and then walk to the public zone. Plenty of bike parking facilities will also be provided.
The youth zone is an initiative of the youth association KSA Oudenaarde and Canavia, in collaboration with Oudenaarde's Young People's Service. In this zone there are also food and drink stands, toilets, entertainment and a big screen that is along the whole route! Everyone is welcome (especially young people of course)!
